Simple Yet Effective Tips to Reduce Glare

Our crew here at Rick Roush Honda are always looking for ways to help our customers stay safe behind the wheel. Here are some safety tips for driving when sun glare is an issue.

Be sure that you have a pair of polarized sunglasses in your vehicle. These glasses will cut down the glare from the sun and make it easier to be able to navigate with limited visibility.

Adjust the sun visor frequently so that it cuts the glare and gives you the ability to see the road with less trouble.

When you leave more following room when sun glare is present, you will reduce the chances of hitting the car in front of you if they stop short.

Get into the habit of riding with your headlights on so that other motorists can easily see you even when the visibility has been reduced to the point that they cannot see your entire car.
