Honda Fit EV Coming Stateside Next Year

Good news, Honda fans: The Fit EV is coming to the United States! Lucky drivers overseas have been able to get behind the wheel of a Honda EV for nearly a year now, but select markets in the U.S. and Canada are set to get their own Honda Fit EVs next summer.

This year, four Honda models swept up a handful of awards in the Edmunds.com Lowest True Cost to Own (TCO) Awards. The 2011 awards spanned 23 categories featuring cars and trucks that offer the lowest True Cost to Own over a five year period. The score is tabulated using an algorithm based on depreciation, interest on financing, repairs, and any federal tax credits that may be available to buyers.
